Delivery Terms

1. All prices are listed in EURO and including VAT, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise stated in the product information. If the recipient is not in the country of dispatch, the recipient is liable for any amount of sales tax or import duties in the host country.
2. All offers of Herbers & Jenniskens are subject to change. Offers shall be subject to availability of product. Unfortunately, when a product is discontinued, you will be informed by e-mail and, where appropriate, an alternative offered.
3. Herbers & Jenniskens has the right to change prices and to correct any typos. When you will be disadvantaged by this, you will be informed by e-mail. You will then have always the right to cancel your order.
4. In composite quotes no obligation exists to supply of a part against a corresponding part of the quoted price for the whole.
5. In respect of all goods offered, in addition to the provisions of relevant online information, the normal and/or usual tolerances. In particular, express reservation made in respect of nuances in the specified color and colorways of goods. Small deviations from the information in the online common images and/or descriptions are hereby reserved. Such derogations dismiss the principal never of his obligations under the agreement.
6. The images and sizes, used in the quotes displayed or communicated, give only a general presentation of the articles offered. Changes in the structure, making the actual implementation differs somewhat from these pictures, drawings or sizes, but making no substantive change to be brought in the technical and aesthetic implementation of articles, not oblige Herbers & Jenniskens to any compensation and give the originator not be entitled to refuse the receipt of the goods delivered to refuse.
7. Standard with payments, that the delivery occurs after the payment has been received, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal to our account in advance. Delivery on invoice is only possible if this is expressly agreed between the parties.
8. When you place an order, the following information is requested from you: name, address, city, State, postal code, telephone number, email address. Your information will not be passed on to third parties. The law Personal registration is applicable.
9. On the website indicated delivery times, shipping on Monday and Thursday through postal services, is shown as an indication and not as an exact term. Herbers & Jenniskens will under no circumstance be liable for damages as a result of exceeding delivery times.
If you upon receiving notice that the delivered does not correspond to your order, you should contact us via info@herbers-jenniskens.nl You can also mail us if you have any complaints of any nature whatsoever and we take within 2 working days to contact you.
10. You can cancel your order within 14 days, when you are not satisfied with the order. Delivery costs will be passed on and the order must be sent back to our postal address. The order can only be returned, if the packaging is unopened.
11. In case of damage or loss Herbers & Jenniskens will immediately arrange delivery of new goods. If the ordered goods are no longer in stock, you will be informed via email.

Delivery time is exceeded

1. The agreed delivery times agreed with Herbers & Jenniskens are stated by the supplier as indicative, and never as deadlines, unless the contrary is agreed explicitly in writing.
2. Failures in the company or that of one of the suppliers, as a result of force majeure (e.g. If the purchaser will apply: war, mobilization, unrest, flood, closed shipping and other blocks in the transport, stagnation in, respectively, limitation or cessation of deliveries by public utilities, fire, machine breakage and other accidents, strikes, lockouts, action of workers ' organisations, making it impossible to produce, measures by the Government, not the supply of necessary materials and semi-finished products to Herbers & Jenniskens by third parties and other unforeseen circumstances also, in the country of origin of the materials and/or semi-finished products, which disturb the normal business process and the implementation of a command, make it impossible to delay or dismiss Herbers & Jenniskens of the fulfillment of the agreed time limit or of the obligation of execution, without the sponsor under any law or reimbursement of costs, claims or interests can assert.
3. In case of force majeure will Herbers & Jenniskens communication thereof to the originator. The client after receipt of the communication for eight days the right to cancel the order in writing, however, with the obligation Herbers & Jenniskens already implemented part of the command to compensate for special orders for the customer ordered.

1. A dispute is present when a party declares that this is the case.
2. All agreements and transactions of Herbers & Jenniskens is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
3. All disputes, howsoever called, will be subject to the discretion of the competent Dutch court, with the exclusion of all others as conciliator, advisory and judicial bodies.
